This Program is designed to assist coaches, consultants and agency owners in scaling their businesses, increasing profitability, achieving sustainable growth, and client acquisition.

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must: Actively participate in all Program components, including group coaching calls, individual sessions, and utilize provided resources. Complete all assigned tasks and provide documented proof of completion (e.g., screenshots) demonstrating adherence to the provided strategies and methods for a pre-determined period, as outlined in your individual enrollment agreement. Submit a formal request for a refund within the specified timeframe after program completion, as outlined in your enrollment agreement.

6. Intellectual Property:
All materials provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to, course content, templates, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Coach. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal and business purposes only.

Coach reserves the right to terminate Client's participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or disruptive behavior.
